     Designs, drawings and consultation services are included free of charge in every package and complete project management services are available locally for anyone considering a part or full turn-key home.

     Our material packages include the completely weather enclosed shell and interior partitions, pre-engineered roof systems and floor systems, 2"X 6" exterior framing and 2"X 4" interior walls. All framing materials are quality kiln dried and we supply superior plywood sheathing for roofs and floors, instead of the usual chipboard (OSB).

     Our windows are quality 100% PVC with Low E and Argon Gas as standard. All doors are supplied as per drawings.

     All packages also include maintenance free quality Canexel or St-Laurent siding. Upgrades are easily possible to solid wood products such as cedar or pine, including up to 10” log siding.
