We offer a limited central point full major structural warranty for a period of 15 years. Should any major structural defect arise in a Northwood managed shell erection, Northwood will repair and/or replace defective materials at their cost. These repairs will subsequently be revised and approved by a structural engineer. All manufactured products are covered by specific Manufacturer Warranties.
